Nowadays its so common to sit in front of the computers for work oronline business or otherwise that we never realize how strenious it could be once u start getting stiff neck or neck muscles injury.even if u are driving for long hours same symtoms can show up and In medical terms its called RSI ( repitative strain injury).if u have online business or u are a share market trader u need to sit in front of a computer for long period of time.thus its important to pay attention to your habits.it might start with a discomfort in your forearm and the back of the hand.(especially when mousing and typing.RSI problem can become as debilitating and serious problem if not addressed.
